I’m 45and statrted blood pressure meds about a year ago and it’s been under control but I have been noticing frequent swelling around my lower ankles when I take my socks off after work. I have gained maybe 3-5 lbs over the last year which I think is muscle as I work out 3-4 times a week with no tobacco, 1-3 drinks a mo, and no drug use. I have a history of heart issues on my dads side of the family. Any ideas?
