I'm 68 years old.. it doesn't seem that there is hardly any fluid as when younger in my ejaculations. I pee normal with no problem. I can hold off from peeing if needed for hours also. and only pee once at night. Is there anything I can watch for when it comes to this part of my body function? Also I did have a prostrate check 5 years ago the doctor said that there was no blood in his exam of my prostrate
