I'm BRCA 2 Positive With A Maternal Family History Of

I'm BRCA 2 positive with a maternal family history of breast cancer for 5 generations I'm 23 was having lower back pain for several months no other symptoms and my primary referred to a spine specialiat he could determine why I the pain I did with both X-rays and MRI what he did find was fluid in my pelvis. He called the imaging facilitie to get a second opinion on the fluid and the diagnosis was in fact more than what the spine specialist originaly seen. They (imaging facility)have me a call back within 2 hours of leaving the spine specialists office with the message I should get into my OBGYN for an ultrasound do to the fluid in my pelvis as well as a 3.2 cm mass in my right ovary and fluid beside it as well. To include just 3 days ago a Mammo found I had dense Breast tissues and an MRI with contrast found I had a 1.2 cm mass in my left Breast about 1oclock???

My question is am I a ectopic pregnancy candidate? If so, should I take a pregnancy test?
I'm on nexplanon 38mg it was inserted 5 mo the ago about 8 weeks after I had my son. I have had irregular menstral cycles since mo th one with the BC I'm on nexplanon and haven't thought twice of anything I figured the hormone is just working itself out and I'll get once a month some time hopefully soon. Was I under diagnosong myself with possible ectopic pregnancy and bleeding often as 3/4 periods a month with some clotting nothing out of the norm maybe B.B size clots and runny like mucus? I'm just so confused and no one can give me a clear answer!! I have a scheduled ultrasound and possible biopsy tomorrow morning with my Brest care surgeon who keeps me under her nose for the best possible care and wasn't ble to get ahold of Her todY when I got the news. Please give me some helpful tips. Going to the emergency or urgent care isn't an option I work at a Hostpital and know all the nurses and doctors and don't want anyone to know what is going on with me I'm a semi healthy female and need answers I can't sleep thinking about everything. Maybe I have a little anxiety for tomorrow but mostly I'm worried bout the fluid in the pelvis and mass in my right ovary.

Please Nd thNk you for taking the time to read!
