I'm A 20 Year Old Male Who Shaves My Head

I'm a 20 year old male who shaves my head from a permanent case of TE, I've noticed a number on small painless hard bumps in different spots on my skull the biggest maybe nickel sized, and the left part of my forehead even seems to swell out a little more than the right side, I seen a couple physicals about it who both showed no concern really, saying it was interesting but they think it's just where bones come together etc and that part of it may overlap some, also saying that any kind of cancer would be causing pain and that if the swelled spot showed pain that's when they'd be concerned, now it's possible they are right and my head has always been like this (it's not really noticeable unless you look at it or I mention it) but it seems strange I've been shaving my head nearly every day for a year and didn't notice this until a couple weeks ago, do you think I should get another doctors opinion or does this sound like a non threading issue?
