Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I'm a 78 year old woman. I am extremely worn out. Legs feel week. Sometimes I feel like I just cant take another step. I have restless leg syndrome, regulated blood pressure, thyroid with medication. I have a hobby that I love doing and spend a lot of time on it, sleep about 5-6 hours most every night. I do have a Type I diabetic husband that I have to keep an eye on all the time. I also have macular degeneration but I am still able to drive at least for now. But I just feel so down, both physically and mentally. What can I do to feel better and not like I've been run over by a truck. My physician said that in Jan all my tests came back with very good numbers.
