I'm Considering Fluvestrant With IBrance To Treat Met BC. With

I'm considering Fluvestrant with IBrance to treat met BC. With original diagnosis and following 7 weeks of radiation, my oncologist prescribed Arimadex.
I could handle all of the side effects except for one...I became the "devil"... Emotionally unstable, almost violent (w/o hurting anyone). I took Arimadex for about 6 months, then discussed stopping this medication.
A year and a half later, I was diagnosed with the met BC and I was given the SBRT radiation treatment and placed on Tamoxefin. At first, I thought all was going well, even lost 30 lbs in two weeks (lack of appetite), but then the crazy woman syndrome started and I had break through vaginal bleeding. Oncologist instructed me to stop using Tamoxefin and meet with GYN. Ultimately, this led to a complete hysterectomy. Following the procedure, I started back on Tamoxefin. Then the crazy, foggy brain returned.
Can you tell me if the side effects from fluvestrant and IBrance will be similar in nature?
If I try this treatment and it makes me crazy, how long does it take to leave the body?
Realistically, how much time does this combo add to life expectancy?

Not realizing this a paid service, please disregard.
