I'm feeling lightheaded, blood pressure 138/66 pulse 70. Is that considered okay. I have a pacemaker because of a fib, I've had an ablation around the time I got pacemaker, on blood pressure meds and Xarelto. This came on so suddenly I just was a little worried., I do have a cardio. Dr. But want see them for another month.
