I'm having a tickling sensation in my left chest up to my throat. The tickle sometimes cause an urge to cough. I also feel mild pain on my back around the same spot where the tickle is. It often last for few hours and stop briefly for an hour before I comes again. It had been going on for a few weeks. I have consulted a few doctor and was prescribed with PPI. I've done ECG and x ray and everything seems normal. The tickle however tends to feel better after burping but immediately come back a few seconds later. Your opinions would be very much appreciated.
