In Addison's Disease, Does The Blood Pressure That Drops On

In Addison's Disease, does the blood pressure that drops on standing over-correct when lying down? I am a retired gastroenterologist. I have orthostatic hypotension and incapacitating dyspnea until I sit or lie down. Then my BP is 140 systolic. I also have Charco-Marie-Toothe neuropathy and chronic obstructive pancreatitis. The pain of pancreatitis is almost gone now, after 4 years. I am not diabetic. Cardiac stress test and rhrythm monitoring were normal and pulmonary embolism CT was okay. Pulmonary diffusion was normal. The internist, cardiologist and neurologist that I consult have no ideas. Do you have an idea where I can go next?
