In Head Up Tilt Test ,I Was Diagnosed With Type

In head up tilt test ,I was diagnosed with type 3 vasodepressor ....before it was diagnosed doctor treated me for epilepsy as I fainted twice in a year ...I was prescribed tegrital ...I had this medicine for 3yrs ...my all reports of eeg was normal ...so doctor told me to discontinue this medicine .After 4yrs I again fainted while cooking ...then doctor did HUTT and found my bp tends to be low all the time ,(type 3 vasodepressor) doctor told me u have low bp which causes fainting ...but to be on safer side he prescribed me Levipil 250mg twice a day .During my next visit doctor told me to discontinue levipil as I don't have epilepsy ...I m scared whether in future I ll faint again...what should I do to maintain my normal bp ,and do I need to take levipil 250mg for type 3vasodepressor
