Hello and welcome to HCM,
A history of white line on vulva along with itching, burning and pain during intercourse suggests age related changes in the vulvar skin.
These age related changes are grouped under a group of disorders called leukoplakia.
Leukoplakia is most commonly seen during post-menopausal stage and the cause is low estrogen level.
Thus, I am of the opinion that the lesion is that of leukoplakia.
Biopsy is required to rule out malignancy.

Thanks and take care
