Increase In PSA Reading. Bone MRI And Pelvic Scan Normal. Due For Exploratory Operation. Reason?
Hi my name is John..'m a fit 67 year old..January of this year I had a PSA reading of 17.3 within two weeks I had biopsy..the results showed no signs of cancer cells...I had another PSA test 1st of May and PSA had risen to 23...I have just had an whole bone MRI and pelvic scan and I,m due to have a exploratory operation soon...can you give me some idea what my be causing this increase in PSA reading....ind regards JR

Her pain may not be due to gastritis as it occurs only before menstruation and it may be due to premenstrual pain and gets relieved by taking smooth muscle relaxants with help of gynecs.
