Increased Heart Rate & Difficulty Breathing After Food Consumption. Taking Levothyroxine. Doctors Suspect Panic Attack. Diagnosis?

After I eat anything I get a rapid heart beat, hard to breath, followed with vomitting. After about 15-20 minutes and vomitting the feeling goes away but Im exhausted. It continues to happen and is getting worse, even water is getting hard to keep down. I m about to go back to ER after this. I already went to the ER about the heart 2 days ago but was cleared with good heart. They passed it off as Panick attack but I think they are wrong because it happens everytime I eat ANYTHING. I do take 150 mcg Levothyroxine because I had 1/2 thyroid removed 7 yrs ago. I am up to date as of 10/1/13 on bloodwork. If I go to the ER again I m not even sure what to tell them? Where do I start? What type of doctor do I need to see? This has benn going on for about a week.
