Increased Spherical Power But Not Cylindrical Power. Which Is Better To Increase?
Erm, so I was getting my glasses and the guys says I m going to increase your spherical power thing but not your cylindrical power cause when cylindrical increases it won t go down so it s better to increase spherical, I don t remember why he said upping your spherical power s better. So, this is where you come in. Is it better to increse your spherical power or your cylindrical power?

somehow persons who have more cylindrical power r having more problems of eye strain and headache episodes than persons who r having more spherical power, but after proper refractive correction nothing to worry if u r wearing proper no of glasses.
