Indentation In Ribs, Painful Breathing. Cause?

i have a indentation in my ribs and it hurts when i breath and general moment but its not consent but when it does hurt it hurts alot..what come be the cause?

this indentation could be post traumatic hypertrophy of bone , or extragrouth of bone please send a chest x ray or consult pulmonologist to ruling iut othr cause....
