Exclusive breastfeeding should be continued till the age of 6 months.
From the age of 6 months, you can start his infant weaning or complimentary feeds in addition to the breast feeds.
Nestum is a commercially available weaning food and it should be started from the age of 6 months.
Till the age of 6 months you continue breast milk.
Whenever you are at home you can give direct breast feeds and before you are going to office express your breast milk by using a breast pump and collect in a cup. This milk is called expressed breast milk (EBM).
EBM can be given to your child by using a spoon and cup or by using a paladi in your absence.
EBM can be stored for 24 hours by keeping in fridge and before feeding it can be allowed to come to normal temperature.
Hope I have answered your query, if you have any clarification please let me know.
