Dear doctor, My baby was extremely premature born on 28 weeks and he weighed just 1000 grams. He was in NICU for 45 days. He was initially tube fed and then fed by spoon with my expressed milk. After he coming home i used to express my milk and feed it by spoon. But gradually my secretion reduced has he didnt take my breast milk directly. My milk was not sufficient. So my doctor prescribed Dexolac special care. He took feeds every second hour. I tried latching him. But in vain. Slowly as he started gaining weight he nursed on me. We where feeding him witn both my feed and formula. Now my baby is 5 months old actual age. Corrected age is 2 months. The problem is that he doesnt take my milk. He cries terribly if i force him. He does as if he feels like vomitting (but doesnt really vomits) after sucking my nipple twice. What could be the reason. I am very much worried about his immune.
