Infant Has A Bump On Penis. What Could Be This?

My 8 month old on has a small less than a pea size bump on the shaft of his penis . It doesn t seem to be causing any discomfort to him. I noticed it while giving him a bath. He was circumsized at birth and everything has healed up well...What could this bump be? P.S. the bump is soft almost like it is topical...not really attatched to anything.

How long has he been having this bump?
Is it red or has any pus discharge?

If its red or has pus discharge- it might be due to infection.
If no redness or discharge is seen- it might be a simple cyst.

I would suggest that you have him seen by the Surgeon who has done the circumcission. He might help you out with this.

thanku for your query,
well i understand your concern, but nothing to worry about .It seems penile papules , which are skin coloured and causes no discomfort . Apparently there is no cause to the occurrence of these papules.
.But if u see any discharge from these papules eg yellowish discharge, than it is a sebaceous cyst. However seeing the doctor, will provide u a clearer picture.
