Infant Having Swelling Under Arm Pit Due To Pus Cell And Some Necrotic Tissues. Should We Surgically Remove?

my 11 month baby having swelling under arm pit since 7 month doctor prescribe anti tubercular drug for 3 month but there was not any effect after which we go for fnac the report said pus cell and some amount of necrotic tissue now doctor says go for surgical removal what should we do

Thanks and welcome to HCM .
Your baby is having nonspecific axial lady lymphadenopathy .
You may try course of antibiotics and antiinflammatory drug like Ibuprofen .
if no improvement better undergo surgery and excise the inflamed gland.
