Infant With Blocked Nose, Cough, Greenish Stools. Treatment?

My baby is 11 months old. recently after an outing she has contracted cough and cold. Hwr nose is choked and I can hear cough in her chest. Her feeding has reduced in terms of quantity. She has also passed stool which was green in color and had some mucus content. She normally eats well and passes regular stool. Her current condition is for the last three days. Can you help me with the situation and let me know the cure.

Hi
thanks for your query at HCM
put salinase nasal drops in nostrils
generally antibiotics are not recommended for loose motions
you should give him extra fluid and ORS ,
monitor his hydration status
if there is any blood or fever or child starts vomit every thing then immediately visit you doctor

change his diaper after every loose stool
how nuch urine he is passing
continuous follow up to your gastroentrologist is necessary for 2nd line of investigations
