Infant With Weakness In The Hand. Concerned

Hi, I am a very desperate mum. My little girl now 16 months has a weakness in her left hand. She hardly opens it up or tries to put it in clothes like she does with the right hand. She still crawls (bum shuffling style) which I find strange at her age, she moves more to the right & sort of carries her left hand rather than use it to move. My husband & I are very worried as we've been to doctors several times but had no referrals to a specialist yet. They keep telling us she will grow out of it & a few exercises like giving her things to the left will change this. Also kids walk as late a 2 years old. Please help from a very worried & desperate mum.
