Infected Big Toe, Ingrown Toenail, Redness, Swelling In Ear, Lymph Nodes. Treatment?

My husband is 61 yrs. old, 260lbs, 5 10 . He has infected big toe due to ingrown toenail that he keeps messing with, swollen and red, he is walking on side of foot . Tonight he said the outside of his ear was swollen and in front of his ear on face is hard and swollen. He says no pain in jaw. I am thinking infection in system.

YES THIS IS FUNGAL INFECTION WHICH TRAVELS WITH OUR OWN NAILS TO DIFFERENT POSITION
FOR ACUTE SWELLING YOU CAN TAKE LIGHT ANTIBIOTIC LIKE TAB OFLOX 200 MGM BD FOR 3 -5 DAYS
FOR CHRONIC YOU CAN TAKE TAB FORCAN 150 MGM ONCE A WEEK FOR 3 ONTHS
TAB DICLOFENIC FOR PAIN
SAND QUADRIDERM OINTMENT FOR NAILS AND SWELLING OVER OTHER PARTS OF BODY
KEEP SKIN DRY
AND NAILS DRY
YOU CAN WASH YOUR NAILS WITH BOROSPIRI 2 %
THE COURSE NEED 3 MONTHS TO COMPLETELY REMOVE THE FUNGUS FROM BODY IF ANY DIFFICULITY POST AGAIN
