Hello,
Your present state is due to dehydration and loss of electrolytes caused by gastroenteritis coupled with severe uncontrolled diabetes, which in itself must be causing dehydration, loss of electrolytes and weakness.
Rehydrate yourself well and get yourself tested for blood sugar by getting fasting and PP done.If found diabetic, then get proper anti diabetic medications also.
You shall be all right soon with proper treatment and replenishment of your water and electrolytes.
Thanks
