Inflammation Between L5 And S1 With Sciatic Nerve, Legs Numb, Severe Headache. What Is Wrong?

MY problem is inflammation between L5 and S1 with my sciatic nerve . MY left leg goes numb or throbs all the way to my toes. I had my 2nd injection on Sept. 17th. And had severe headache the night after the procedure. Called the dr. and he told my husbadn to stay flat of my back and drink fluids. and caffeine. But I have not been right ever since the injection. Like something else is out of wack. I have had moderate to severe headaches daily ever since. Tired of feeling like crap every day. Is this something normal, or if not how do you even know what is wrong?

Hello there!
Thank you for asking. Give it some time. Injection in spines have a side effect of headaches. Stay in touch with your doctor for sciatica. Seek physiotherapies and some excercises they will help. Be compliant in your medications and you will be fine eventually.
Remember these nerve entapment neuropathies never occur in a day and never resolve in a day. You will have to endure and do as the doctor tells you to.

Good Luck
