ata the time of right Inguinal hernia surgery dt 09.02.12 that time take ECO TEST FOUND LBBB Then dr was given to tablet 1. TAB ECISPRIN 150 MG .2. TAB ATOCOR 10 MG 3. TAB TELMA 20 MG All tablets one each daily and then i was taken Stress Thellum test result was positive . what is the next step or/ continued all tablets till dr. advice. pl advice the same. regards.

What you mean EKG revealed LBBB. Going through your drug list it seems that you have Hypertension and increased cholesterol (both are risk factors for coronary artery disease). If the previous EKG (I assume it was done before) had not shown LBBB then this becomes recent onset LBBB with positive stress thallium. That is an indication to exclude underlying coronary artery disease. The test which can confirm or exclude it with 100% certainty and without exposing you to unnecessary radiation is coronary arteriography. Personally, I believe CT angiography does not have any superiority over conventional coronary angiography. I will therefore, recommend the conventional procedure.
