Injured Foot, X-ray Shows Osteochrondral Fracture Of First Metatarsal Head Resulting In Loose Body, Cant Bend Big Toe. Solution ?

injured my foot in 2011(have osteoarthritis in both) and received no help....after much pleading
to my md, x-rays taken 06/06/2013 show severe change within the first MTP joint associated with an old(2011)
osteochrondral fracture of the first metatarsal head resulting in a loose body..My big toe has been pointed sideways towards the second toe, can't bend it and have had to walk and work with this injury since 2011......what can be done at this point? it's very painful and the entire foot swells, ankle hurts etc..i wear a bunion splint to bed at nite to try and get some YYYY@YYYY

From description it seems to hallaux valgus(bunion) great toe. For correction of deformity you need surgical correction. For loose body which causes pain and joint movement restriction, surgical removal is required. So I suggest you to consult your orthopaedic for the same.
