Injured The Knee. Feeling Pain. Took Pain Killers, Physical Therapy. Now Seen Contraction In Knee. Treatment?

I am currently nursing an injury that occurs March of this year from a minor knee twist, as the days goes bye i kept feeling pain in my lower back just in one spot, and throughout entire left foot. Since March till now my pain wouldn't go away with all the pain killers and icy, plus physical therapy. Just recently i have started noticing some contraction in my knee, soft feeling and icy cold feeling in one spot around my knee cap. I can't stand or seat for long. I was wondering why this pain has taken too long, and why different sensations are occurring?

Hi,

The pain in the lower back could be a complication of improper gait secondary to the knee injury. Treatment for this pain is mainly physical. Physiotherapy though takes time , is the only remedy.
