If you had patients with Burning Mouth Syndrome, how would you treat them? I know that it has to do with the brain. and is usually the result of injury to a nerve in the brain from some kind of dental work.A neurologist put me on Neutrino and Clonozepam and it was pretty much under control for about 8 year, worse than ever. .
