Intense Pain On The Upper Back Days After The Fall, Difficulty In Breathing, Extending Arm. Should I Get It Checked?
slipped on concrete floor and fell hard landing on the upper right section of my back, been about a week now and still feel alot of pain/discomfort in that area, also cannot take deep breathes or lift with my right arm as it is painful, im a healthy 22yr old male. Plz help or give me any info before i get it chekd. Thanks
Hi, the pain in the upper back region following fall can be caused by direct pressure over the bones especially scapula and ribs in that region or else may be due to muscle trauma. Damage to internal parts unlikely as there is no much abrasion or swelling outside. Injuries in these region usually take longer time to recover and rest to that part is compulsory for early recovery. You may need to consult a orthopedician or chestphyscian for x rays of that region. Wish u a early recovery.
