Intense Pressure After Eating Behind Rib Cage, Gurgling Felling. What Is Causing This?
I have very intense pressure after eating mostly, under.. which actually feels like behind my right rib cage. Its not pain but pressure, no back pain or pressure. The closest thing I can compare with is the feeling of having a baby in my stomach moving around and bumping my rib cage. There is also a gurgling feeling with the pressure.
You are presenting symptoms which might correspond to acid reflux. Do you have heart burn often? Throat pain? Gurgling? Water brash? If these symptoms are also present, it should be acid reflux. Acidity and improper food habiuts and sedentery life style are basic causes of acid reflux. Eating fibre rich and low spicy food should help. Drink a glass of water half an hour before and after food, might also help.Exercising and Natural remedis like ginger and garlic along with food might also help. Pressure below rib cage is because of the push of diaphragm, which is caused by acidity. Consult a gastrologist if symptoms persist. Get well soon.
