Hi, I have been feeling very tired the past 2 days. I can usually get by with 7 hours of sleep. The night before, I slept for 8 hours and still felt tired. I took a 2 hour nap after work, from 6 - 8 p.m. yesterday, went to bed at 11 and woke up at 7. I feel very tired, a bit groggy, and the back of my head feels stuffy.
