Intermittent Low Grade Dizziness After Being Hit On The Side Of Face/head. Will It Go Itself ?
I fell and hit the side of my face/head. I have functioned well for the last 4 days, but have intermittent low grade dizziness. No real headaches. I do take Advil or Tylenol when needed. Just concerned about feeling weak in the knees especially after waking. I do have minor scrapes and a black eye with numbness in cheek and nose area. Swelling seems to be much improved. When do I need to seek medical help or will this improve with time?
I have gone through your query. As per your symptoms, impact was hard enough. Dizziness and weakness and Black eye with numbness will in improve in time, but it should be assessed by a local doctor for underlying bone injury. Local application of betadine will speed up healing process along with lowering chance of infection. You can take tylenol when pain is unbearable.
Do consider a positive feedback as a credit to my work. Let me know if you have any further questions.
