Irregular Episodes Of Numbness In The Left Side Of My Body, Headaches, Earaches, Deteriorating Vision, Pain In The Left Arm, Stifness In Legs And Choking Sensation. What Could This Be?
Ive had numbness coming and going on the left side of my body, head aches, ear aches, deteriorating vision , pain in the bicep area of my left arm , stifness in my legs and a choking sensation. when the choking sensation started I went to the ER, they did a blood and urine test and a CT. The doctor said I was perfectly healthy and sent me home, is there something they could be missing?
Did the blood tests include Vit B12 levels, serum electrolytes like Calcium, Hemoglobin, Thyroid function tests , blood sugars, lipid profile. If all the above tests are normal along with your CT scan reports, I think you should be reassured that nothing else is wrong. I would suggest you sign up for yoga/ relaxation classes and destress yourself. Regular exercise 30-45 minutes a day 5 days a week might also help. Eat healthy. Drink about 8-10 glasses of water a day.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
