Irregular Heart Beats Is A Cause Of Alcohol Intake?
I use to drink allot of alcohol but have voluntarily cut back to 3 times per week and then only 1-2 drinks of beer or wine. I noticed if I have 4 or 5 drinks in one night my heart beats very hard and slow after about 2 hours in bed, what is going on?

1-2 drinks is normal, but more can couse different heart arrhythmias in some people. it is very good, that you have limited alcohol use. But if you have complains, my advise to you will be not to use more than 2 drinks.
