Irregular Menstrual Cycle, Changing Nature Of Periods, Had Abortion. Taking Folinext. Any Complications?

I have been experiencing irregular menstrual cycle from last 1year i also had an abortion two years back. Last month i had very painful and heavy flow. This month i my cycle got delayed by 6 days. And with no pain and comparatively lesser flow. I have started taking folinext. Please advice if there are any complications.

Hi dear user, thanks for asking to us.

You have not mentioned the frequency of your cycles. However, I will like to tell you that cycles between 21 to 35 days are normal. Irregular cycles and less flow may be due to polycystic ovaries but that cannot be diagnosed only on the basis of one cycle history. You can plan your pregnancy and can take folinext. In my opinion, if you find any difficulty in conceiving then get investigated.
