Hi, Use of M2 tone syrup has not been shown to cause irregular or continuous bleeding; in fact, it is an ayurvedic preparation used to treat dysfunctional uterine bleeding. The cause of your irregular menstrual cycles could be hormonal and needs to be properly investigated by an endocrinologist as well as a gynecologist. You would need a complete hormonal profile, trans-vaginal sonogram, glucose tolerance test apart from a local exam. Please maintain a healthy BMI and do some regular daily exercise; eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Hope this helps.
