Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

Stress is known to disturb menstrual cycle. So if you are in stress, you should consult psychiatrist for evaluation and management.

You may consult your gynecologist for evaluation and to find out the cause of your irregular menses. Doctor may advise you to go for blood tests including thyroid function tests and hormonal assay.

Treatment will be directed as per cause.

Thanks.
