Irregular Periods. Took Femilon To Regularize. USG Showed Small Uterus. Serious?

Hi I m a 23 yrs old female.I had sufferd frm irregular cycles before.I was given cyclopeg withdrawal for 3 mnths to which i responded and had withdrawal. But it didnt help my cycles to regularise. So I was given femilon for a period of 6 mnths. It helpd to regularise my cycles and i had normal cycles for abt a year.PCOD was ruled out initially. But on USG i was told i hve small sized uterus.Nw again I m nt hvng cycles since 2 mnths.I hve started cycloreg.Do I need to worry abt small sized uterus? Will that cause problems in my pregnancy?I need to know as i m planning to get married.........
