Irregular Periods. Ultrasound Shows Polycystic Ovaries. Blood And Thyroid Test Prescribed. Treatment?

my daughter 15 yrs old had irregular period n th doc advised for the complete abdomen ultrasound. week ago ultrasound was done it was deducted polycystic pattern of ovaries now the gynae has suggestd blood test too with empty stomach ( TSH , LH, FSH , AMH) during her periods of 2 or 3rd day. now the probl. is she was given tab sysron -n for three days n today its her 5th day but till now she did nt have her periods.... pls advise....

Sometime medicines may take a while to act, wait for a week, if menses do not appear, chk with her doctor again.
