Irregular Periods, Brown Bleeding, Clots. Taking Clomid And Depo Shot. What Is Going On?

i was suppose go back july 11th to get next depo shot..didnt and got period month before it was due (shot)..since then my periods have been hectic..got one from july 22-29th..and this one has been ongoing since july 25th..theres days its light brown and then all of sudden its bright red with long stringy clots...also on clomid 100mg for trying to get pregnant..whats going on with my periods?

Hello ma'am.

What you have failed to mention is that you have been diagnosed to have polycystic ovaries.

For the same reason you have been prescribed medication to increase the chances of conception, but it looks like this has resulted in an over prescription and thus an over-stimulation resulting in heavy periods and bleeding.

It would be best to re-visit your doctor and and request him/her to cut down the medications a notch.
