Irregular Periods, Difficulty In Conceiving. Treatment Advise?

Hi my wife and I are married for 11months now... We started trying for baby from October.. its been 2 months but still did not conceive.. and she has irregular periods.. what to do... Sep and Oct she got periods on exact 25.. but November she did not so I thaught she had conceived but she got her period just on 7th December... Advice is appreciated...
