Hello,

Irregular spotting is quite common on taking hormonal medication. You need to continue all medication as per your doctor recommendation. You will get a withdrawal bleeding (similar to period) within 7 days of stoppage the pill.

Take low carbohydrate diet, do moderate to heavy exercise regularly to control body wt, avoid stress/ anxiety by meditation and keep bowel habit regular.

Be well & stay healthy.
