Irritation In Hard Palate, Tongue Touching Roof While Swallowing. Had Throat Irritation Before. Suggestions?

Hi! I have a question about an irritation which is occurring on my hard palate
When I swallow and my tongue touches the roof, it hurts
It doesn't seem inflamed. Notably, I did have a really nasty throat irritation and possible virus (?) about 1.5 weeks prior...was feeling very lethargic, with headache, sore throat and body ache.

Hi,
Thanks for contacting HCM
You have
History of viral disease 1.5 weeks ago
Irritation in hard palate
When you swallow your tongue touches the roof, it hurts
These all finding suggestive of unresolved inflammation in hard palate, that is tender. Just consult the ENT specialist for better diagnosis and use oraheal gel three times a day with multivitamins.

Thanks
DR Hariom Sharma
