Irritation In Vagina After Having Unprotected Sex Followed By Burning In Labia, Pain In Kidney, White Bits In Urine. Thoughts?

I had unprotected sex for 1 minute with a man day later I felt irritation in my vagina. It is now 12 weeks on and I have had bad kidney pain and white bits in my urine. I had urinalysis which came back clear. I also had some burning on my labia. The burning has gone now but I still have kidney pain . Could this be something nasty?

Welcome to HCM
Greetings of the day
Just get Ultrasound of the kidney done and if it shows no evidence of ascending infection then there is no cause of concern. Violent sex can sometimes lead to ascending infection of the kidney known as Pyelonephritis, which is usually associated with high fever and pain. As You are not having fever which is very good indeed.
For any further queries please get back to me.

Take care
