I am a 23 year old Female and I occasionaly work out but havent for about 2 months and my heartbeat was 206 beats per minute while exercising.....and have been very tired lately is that heart rate normal while working out? thanks-nicole
I think that is too high even for working out, b/c it should be in the lower 100's. Check with your doctor. Either you are taking your pulse incorrectly or that is too high.
