General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The maximum daily dose of Gabapentin is 3600 mg in 3 divided doses. So there should not be any confusion regarding the dose.

If you are taking more than the maximum recommended dose, I will suggest please talk to your neurologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
