The sperm count and the motility percentage you have mentioned are usually enough for conceiving a child. However some couple though have normal laboratory values , they may have unexplained infertility. Hence after waiting for about one year if you have not conceived, then you can go for test tube baby.

Your question is contradictory. Is it 48000 or 48000 million ( both seem unlikely) Please send the report and get his semen analysis from a better lab Motility is definitely less
