Hello, I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
Alkasol Syrup is primarily prescribed to patients suffering from either kidney stones or urinary infections. Due to its alkalinizing property, what it essentially does is neutralize the acid stemming from blood and urine. I suggest to take 5 ml three times a day.
Hope my answer was helpful. If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards! Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi General &Family Physician
