Is COPD A Contagious Disease?
I was told by nurse attending my father at rehabilitation center that they took a test of my father s stool. They said the antibiotics he was taking was killing off good bacteria and strongly encouraged us to let the rehab center wash my father s clothes and that when we leave him, we should wash our hands with soap and water. My father has COPd. I confused, what is so contagious?

COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). It is not contagious, some time bacterial infections can aggravate COPD, that time may pass through sputum.
Take hygienic precautions.
