Is Dilosyn Syrup Advisable For Severe Eczema In A Child?

hi, my 3 year old has severe eczema, her dad did too when he was a child, apparently he was given dilosyn syrup and it apparently cured him. Can dilosyn help with eczema and if so, does it have any side effects. can it be prescribed from a doctor in Ireland??

Well come to HCM
Dilosyn is antihistamine preparation and not the steroid if this eczema then may need antibiotic and steroid again Dilosyn is just antihistamine and this can not cure the eczema, if symptoms came with this then this may not be eczematous condition, hope this information helps, take care.
